I have good knowledge in usability engineering. I feel design is something which communities, inform or sell easily without any pain of understanding along with a rich intuitive user experiences. I personally conduct or participate in various usability studies for crafting a better design, understand design problems, finding & fixing usability roadblocks and for real feedback with insights (how, what, why?).
